«Handbook for School of European Integrations» is an integral part of the School for European Integrations project, jointly implemented by European Movement in Montenegro, Centre for Civic Education and Centre for Development of Non-Governmental Organisations, with support form Foundation Open Society Institute, Regional Office in Montenegro.

This handbook contains 23 articles by national and foreign experts, diplomats, statesmen and professors. These papers are written after lectures held by these experts for the previous 3 generations of the School. Number and variation of themes that are presented in this publication represent its fundamental value.

School of European Integrations is a long-term programme of alternative education for adults that begun in January 2004. The programme is made up of 4-month courses combining traditional lectures and interactive workshops, in order to present most effectively a number of topics concerning history of European Integrations, EU institutions and organisations, fundamental principles and values of the EU, as well as experiences of various countries regarding their path to integration.
